Richard Mayson: Fresh, clean, appley, and open; minerally stony character initially, with Golden Delicious fruit coming back on the finish. Simple, clean, zesty finish 14

Charles Metcalfe: Fresh, aromatic, lemon, and stone-fruit notes. Lovely poise and freshness. Good, highish acidity, with flavors of white peach and lemon. Very successful, probably Alvarinho. 15.5

Joanna Simon: Pungent (in the best sense): gunflint, smoky aromas on ripe, slightly spicy green fruit —reminiscent of greengages. Toasted wheat flavor underpins and expands the fruit and mineral character of the palate. A core of acidity runs all the way through and lingers to give a clean finish to balance the gentle RS sweetness. 16
