BUY THE WINE

Richard Mayson: Pale in color, fresh and minerally on the nose, similar on the palate, with a crisp finish but not much else, clean, well made but without much sense of place or character. 13.5

Charles Metcalfe: Honeyed, lemony aromas, with an insistent note of aniseed. Fresh and lively, with lemony fruit and this aniseed note. Appealing, unoaked style, with good acidity and unusual flavors. 14

Joanna Simon: Delicate, fresh, white-flower and peach aromas. Supple, but crisp, tight, fine-boned palate, with green-peach and pear flavors and a bedrock of fine, sustained acidity. 16.5
