Richard Mayson: Smokey matchstick aromas, some underlying fresh minerally fruit, the fruit really expresses itself on the palate, crisp and minerally, apples, too, with some depth and concentration along withatouch of toasty oak. 15.5

Charles Metcalfe: Fresh, lean, seems unoaked, or at least only aged in old oak. Lemony, high-acid, steely, with fleeting hints of honey and white flowers. Good in a steely, fairly uncomplicated way. 14

Joanna Simon: Smoky (sulfury) nose. Minerally (sulfury) palate, highish acid. Quite a lot of depth and concentration but lacks fruit and precision. 13.5
