Essi Avellan: Deep orange-hued color. Soft, evolving, charred nose, with a candied tone. The first bottle was oxidized. Unclean fruitiness but a mellow, wide palate. 14

Simon Field: Quite evolved, oxidative nose; palate is clumsy and quite phenolic/raw. Second bottle is similar; they both close down after the attack. 13
