Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | Up front, colored, full, with firm but fine tannins, length, and stuffing. Lovely Cabernet Sauvignon and a true success of the vintage. | 16.5

Michael Schuster | Fresh, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon fruit to smell; a classy, if slightly chewy, style; an abundance of delicious ripe fruit within a fresh acidity and a relatively firm tannin; freshly sweet in flavor and with nice length. An attractive wine in its slightly firmer style for the year. Will need 3-4 years but then give plenty of solid, middle-rank Pessac pleasure. 2017–25. | 15.5
