Jasper Morris: Full yellow, almost pale gold, though bright. Fresh nose, no suggestion of undue evolution despite the color. A little bit of biscuit from barrel, very rich, quite oaky, perhaps some botrytis, definite Rich Tea biscuits and a little red pepper. Certainly unusual but I like this. 17
