BUY THE WINE

Essi Avellan: Medium-deep cherry-pink color. Pronounced, fruit-forward nose with evolutive notes but not autolytic. Ripe, fruity style. Crisp acidity, simple clean wine. 15

Simon Field: A classic color and a classic nose of redcurrant, peach, and soft strawberry. Just a hint of sulfur. The palate is, at this stage, just a little foursquare. 15

Tom Stevenson: A bit smelly at first, but it blew away after a while, so not mercaptan. Second sample: pure fruit, lovely, has finesse. 17.5
