Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | Nicely ripened grapes, but the sample is not yet fully stable. Still needs to digest the memory of initial sugar. Big structure. | 16.5

Michael Schuster | fine nose of gentle wax and discreet Sauvignon with a gentle cedary oak; generous and juicily ripe in flavor, vivid in acidity, long and graceful, with a supple, polished texture, an attractive complexity, and good aromatic length. Surprisingly elegant given its 14%, if a little raw at the moment. 2018–24. | 16.5
