Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red, just easing away from opacity. Bright fruits here: redcurrant, blackcurrant, and pippy raspberry. Very pure, very direct; fresh yet not green; just a grind of spice in the background. That’s very much what you get on the palate, too: ample tender and accessible fruit, vivid and fresh yet just teased to sweet ripeness, too. Delicious drinking for the next 10 years or so. | 90

Michael Schuster | Lightly ripe nose, gently gravelly; medium-full, brisk in acidity, light in tannin. Gently, juicily red-fruit ripe in taste, modest in complexity but with some length of flavor—and something that will be a freshly juicy pleasure in a few years. 2025–32+. | 88
