Michael Schuster | Intense, concentrated, ripe grapefruit and mineral Sauvignon Blanc nose; bone-dry, direct-fruited, minerally wine, with the year’s characteristically high acidity; ripe but withatouch of austerity, long and fine to taste, but very taut and a touch austere behind the great tenacity of flavor; long and lemony to finish.
