Neil Beckett | Pale to mid-gold, luminous. Expressive, generous, fairly oaky nose, with impressive depth, relatively open but not at all slack. Round and supple on entry, but with good grip and weight; the nuances are still to show, but there is good purity for the scale, the acidity rising slowly but surely through the fruit and stretching the finish, which has the proper persistence. Classy, worthy Clos, which will need, and reward, time. | 94
