Neil Beckett | Medium-deep ruby, with a natural luster. A very winning early bouquet: freshly ripe, with enhancing freshness from light menthol notes atop the fruit, which is cherry-rich and kirsch-vibrant, while there is enough clean earth underneath to render it authentic as well as stylish. Good density, intensity, and suavity of tannin, which is properly chalky but very finely powdery, and well covered with rich, succulent fruit through the mid-palate; an elegant, fresh, rising, rousing finish. Terrific. | 94
