Michel Bettane: Original, flowery, violet-like aroma, excellent body, ripe tannins, superb Pauillac style, very well made and up to many classified growths. 17

Thierry Desseauve: A lot of personality, on the nose (violet and spices) and in the mouth, perfect balance, intensity, freshness, persistency of the taste. My favorite second wine. 17

Michael Schuster: Softly, plummily ripe to smell; ripe and generously fruity behind the moderately tannic frame; quite large scale for a second wine, with a nice complexity and fine aromatic length, gently muscular, always Pauillac in character. 2019–30 15.5
