Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red in appearance, though no longer opaque at its core. Fresh and sweet, though lightly grassy with it; the sweetness of mown hay. Attractive, soft-focus aromas. Relatively simple on the palate: sweet, clean, warm, of moderate ripeness and density. Pleasing wine, though without the dramatic intensity of the best of its peers in this vintage. | 84
