Andrew Jefford | Deep, dark, black-red. Fresh and zesty, with attractive red fruits as well as black, and some understated vanilla warmth. Generous, juicy, accessible, if you want some of the flavory refinement of St-Estèphe uncomplicated, delivered in the happiest possible guise, this is your wine. Huge amounts of straightforward pleasure here. | 90
Michael Schuster | Dense, if closed, ripe blackcurrant Cabernet to smell; nicely balanced, medium-full wine, with a fresh acidity and a fairly dry, St-Estèphe tannin; typically chewy, “classic” St-Estèphe proportions and texture, a slightly old-fashioned expression of the commune, with modest complexity and length. Good in its style though. 2024–34+. | 89
