BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook | Although the nose is still reserved, it does display some exoticism with orange and tropical fruit. The attack, while poised, is less dramatic and more subdued, with less lift and verve than expected, though the orangey tone persists. It does seem to lack acidity and cut, and it’s a touch lackluster compared to some other recent vintages from this property. | 87

Andrew Jefford | Bright pale gold. Fresh lively scents still shaped by a little oak, but vivid with honey and lime-blossom finesse. Very attractive. Lively and fresh in the mouth, with a crystallized fruit poise: stealthy, precise, and pristine. This exceptionally well-crafted wine has lots to give but rewards early drinking, too. | 90
