Michael Schuster | Clear blackcurrant fruit on the nose; full-bodied, concentrated, fresh in acidity, moderately tannic; ripely, juicily blackcurrant-fruited, nicely defined by its lively acidity, with a fine texture for St-Estèphe and with good fruit-cored length. Polished de Pez, a little oak-dry at the moment, but this should be a delicious glass when it has mellowed. 2025–35+.
