Michael Schuster | A sweet, blackberry-ripe Merlot nose; medium-full with a nice depth of flavor, fresh and finely tannic, a lovely La Garde balance; gently rich and juicily ripe, at the same time as being elegant and very refined in tannin texture, long and restrained to taste, long and gently minerally to finish. A fine mid-rank Pessac-Léognan. Most attractive. 2024–44+.
