Michael Schuster | Dense, lightly gravelly blackcurrant-cored nose, persistent and attractive; full-bodied, nicely concentrated, fresh in aciditiy, fine in tannin, a very nice second-wine balance; rich, crisply ripe and savory, with a clear Cabernet complexity at the level, a good length of flavor to taste, and a nice length aftertaste, of both fruit and aroma. Very satisfying mid-rank Pessac, which will need a few years. 2024–34+.
