Michael Schuster | Dense to smell, lightly mineral behind freshly ripe fruit, very nice, and full of promise; well balanced, full bodied Pomerol, fresh in acidity, restrained and fine in its tannin; ripe, generous, gently enveloping wine, ample without force, with a nice aromatic complexity, a gentle minerality of aromas, long and satisfying, toothsomely fresh, and with excellent length. This is very good. Stylish, complete, without excess, and which should make for a most gratifying mid-rank Pomerol in well under a decade. 2026–40+.
