BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Very dark red; fine oak vanilla and crisply sweet fruit nose; very well proportioned, rich, fresh middleweight, fleshy for the vintage, with a fine, dry, discreet tannin; long and sweet in flavor, complex, close-grained, finely pebbly, so full of scent, and very long to finish; a lovely expression of Margaux delicacy and of the 2004 vintage. Slight austerity still from the new wood. 2016–35. 18+
