BUY THE WINE

Simon Field | Forest floor, dark cherry, creamy attractive oak and a little more tension in the mouth than its companion. Well judged, its acidity clean and reassuring, the fruit character unchallenged in its generosity and length once more underscoring an impressive qualitative message. | 89

Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red though not opaque. Some lighter fruits here than the Grenache norm: redcurrants among the strawberries. Pleasant drinking but not quite aromatically spotless, and the fruit development doesn’t quite match the higher reaches of our tasting. | 82

David Williams | Seamless and silky pure Garnacha fruit: ripe and immediately, sensually appealing in texture and exuberant gushing berry juiciness, concentrated without being forced or sweet or overbearing. | 92
