Vivid, lively, and well-made, with ample fruit depths; very rounded, lacking zest and sappiness compared to some of the other wines in this tasting. The concentration is there, though, and this carries its years with ease. | 88

The palate is a straightforward affair, with decent intensity of fruit balancing the high alcohol and bright acidity.
