BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Straw-yellow color with green highlights. Fairly complex, mineral nose, with fresh and dried herbs, apricots and lemon peel. Lively, balanced, dry palate, with dried nuts and a pink-grapefruit finish. | 89

Andrew Jefford | Pale gold shot with green. Clean and fresh, with lots of lemon-apple fruit and a discreet leafiness, too. A touch of cream. Acidity takes the lead on the palate, and there is a cool, green streak to this wine. Still drinkable, however. | 86

Michael Palij | This is an exceptionally leesy example, with lactic notes (yogurt, whey) and some fruit (ripe melon, Anjou pear). The palate is phenolic and slightly bitter, with short length and an absence of fruit; the winemaking dominates this wine. | 81
