BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Straw with golden highlights. Fairly ripe nose of cooked apples, orange peel, and sage. Clean, mineral palate, with a lively yet slightly simple finish. | 86

Andrew Jefford | Full white gold. Good: some sappy, earthy scents; some creamy lime fruits. A classy, haunting, and enticing aromatic profile. Ginger and pear fruits to finish. Pure, vinous, and long, with lots of sappy drive, though a little less aromatic charm and finesse than the nose suggested. A touch raw at the finish. | 86

Michael Palij | Peculiar nose with Bovril, sage, and dried rose. The wine is off-dry, and the residual sugar combined with the red-wine aromas create a singular white that is difficult to categorize. Although the wine has decent intensity of fruit, it lacks complexity and balance. | 79
