Simon Field | A lively color, gently luminous, then attractive dry ur-Muscat aromatics. Mandarin, litchi, and grapes, withatouch of honeysuckle for good measure. Uncompromisingly dry, for all the sweet exuberance of the fruit, beguilingly approachable. | 91
Andrew Jefford | Full gold. Beautiful and precise lemon-tart and lemon-shortbread scents, with a brocade of floral notes, too: compelling and unique. It’s all about the aromas on the palate, too, which is clean and neutral in terms of fruit build and structure—but the perfect canvas for those lemon shortbread (lemon and a buttery fattiness that has nothing to do with oak) aromas to enchant. Lovely vibrant acidity keeps it all fresh. Yet another super success from this great tasting. | 91
Demetri Walters | Beautifully fragrant peach and rose petal. Bears resemblance to both Viognier and Gewurztraminer. Bold, but not overdone. Quite ripe, but altogether fresh and expressive. Well hung together. Very good balance. Long. | 92
