Bruno Besa | Straw to golden. Open, peach, apricots, and orange-peel nose, with complex minerality and hints of nuts and dried and fresh herbs. Mature, rich, yellow-fruit palate. Long and intense, with a clean citrus finish. | 93
Andrew Jefford | Bright pale gold, but no steel here. Lovely and intriguing aromas of violets and rhubarb, with baked apple behind. Attractive though unusual; some may be disconcerted. Lush, full, vivid, and vigorous, with ample wealth on the palate and concentration, too. Sustained fruits and some floral charm are evident, though not at all in the Pinot Bianco-like primary guise; this is very secondary and developed, structured and long, almost earthy. Serious and unique white wine, though without quite the precision and finesse of the top Timorassi. | 90
Michael Palij | Very malty nose, then a honeyed mid-palate, suggesting concentration allied to textured notes of peach, apricot, and nectarine. Excellent length. A delicious rendering. | 87
