Nicolas Belfrage | Very pale ramato. Again, hints of Muscat on the nose, quite floral. Fresh, fruity, and fragrant in the mouth; acidity nicely balances the fruit, nothing exaggerated. Very good type, dry but not aggressive. Drink as aperitif or with chicken. | 92
Bruno Besa | Pale straw with pink highlights. Open, only a little closed, with wild strawberry, sage, and hints of crushed stone. Mature palate, clean, yet a touch simplistic, on the finish. | 87
Andrew Jefford | Ultra-pale pink—just a little pigment drift. Fresh, grapefruity scents, with a sweet caste to them: teasing and attractive. Some oak here, too? On the palate, too, it would seem so, and this is a choice in order to give the wine greater gastronomic credentials perhaps. For me, it’s a success—delicately done, and with enough of the sappy, vivid, orchard fruit to carry it. The width of Pinot Grigio, too, lends itself to delicate oak treatment in a way that (for example) aquiline Riesling does not. Very good wine. | 89
