BUY THE WINE

Nicolas Belfrage | Very slight ramato. Earthy, underbrush character on the nose. Same again on the palate: not entirely convincing. | 86

Bruno Besa | Straw with pink highlights. Mature, open, clean, plum and peach nose, with hints of wild strawberries and fresh herbs. Clean palate, balanced, yet slightly simple in its fruit. Fairly long and clean. | 88

Andrew Jefford | Another very faint coppery-pink wine. Classic and very charming scents of cream, pear, and a little cherry sweetness, too; almost perfumed, insinuating, engaging, floral. Hard not to sip after smelling this. A super palate, too: vinous and structured, with some wealth and weight; yet at the same time deftly colored with that dappled, pear-orchard and cherry-orchard fruit. Quite delicious and almost impossible to stop sipping. | 91
