BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Straw to golden. A quite oak-dominated nose, yet clean fruit in the background, with intense citrus character. Balanced palate, with intense, layered fruit, and a very long, lemon and orange- peel finish. A few more months in the bottle may clean up the nose. | 91

Andrew Jefford | Pale silver-gold. This seems a little tired, stringy, and even catty on the nose, without either freshness or (as yet) secondary allure; slenderly fruited. That rather sums up the palate, too; this wine has somehow slipped its leash.... | 78

Michael Palij | Lovely wine, showing loads of tertiary character. Notes of wax, mineral, peach, apple, guava, passionfruit, grapefruit, bay leaf, and toasted almonds fill the glass. The finish is long and perfectly balanced between the alcohol, acidity, and fruit. | 92
