BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Pale straw. Open, ripe, slightly rustic nose of yellow fruits, camomile, and sage. Clean palate, with ripe yellow apples and a balanced finish. | 88

Andrew Jefford | Pale steel-gold. Rather a soft-focus aromatic profile; vague warm autumn fruits. Concentrated but straightforward on the palate, with little of the variety’s potential stretched for. | 83

Michael Palij | Clean nose, with delicate hints of sage, white grapefruit, tangerine, Anjou pear, and rose. The palate shows decent length, although the fruit becomes “muddy” and there is a phenolic note at the back of the palate. | 81
