Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red but not opaque. Savory fruits in the best sense: warm and appetizing. Apple as well as blackcurrant. On the palate, this is a generous wine though without the refinement of the best of its peers, and there is still that appley note among the blackcurrant, which some will like while others find disconcerting. But it’s a tasty and ebullient wine which I would enjoy drinking. | 86
Michael Schuster | Very ripe-fruited to smell; supple, juicy, medium-full wine, with a light, “tasty” tannin; modest in scope, but black-fruit juicy, easy, satisfying, and with nice, light length. A crowd- pleaser at a lesser level. Now to 2025+. | 87
