BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook | Lustrous medium-gold. Although very ripe, the seductive nose combines opulence and finesse, as well as being packed with peach and tropical fruit. The attack is brilliant, like a rocket coursing across the palate. The oak is well-integrated, and the exotic fruit explodes on the palate. There is fine acidity, too, giving that Barsac signature, so no lack of length or punch. No trace of heaviness, and impeccable balance. | 93

Andrew Jefford | Full gold. Ample aromatic sweetness, though a touch volatile in style. Tangy and sweet on the palate, though lacking succulence, precision, and gathered force. | 82
