Essi Avellan | Medium-deep lemon color. Lovely, sweetly fruity nose, with toasty opulence. Yellow apple, lemon custard, and cream. Zingy palate, really youthful and fresh. Beautifully fluffy, playful palate. Joyous wine, and still on its way up. | 93

Alex Hunt | Quite decadent and buttery on the nose, still with a smoky lift, like grilled apricots. Hard-edged on the palate, the admirable chalky freshness spilling over into something a bit grainy and tough. Good length, though. | 87

Tom Stevenson | Fresh, fine, crisp, elegant fruit nose and palate, just so youthful, vibrant and full of energy. Lovely supporting mousse. Surprisingly linear. | 92
