Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | A strong build, elegant flesh, the tannins well extracted, so fully in keeping with the personality of this special vintage. | 93

Michael Schuster | Inky color; faintly gravelly to smell, a powerful "2018" presence on the nose; nicely balanced, fairly full, fresh to vital, finely but integratedly tannic; brisk blackcurrant in flavor, sapid, withatouch of St-Estèphe firmness in its frame, long to taste and long to finish in both fruit and aroma; a very nice Boscq. I’d leave it for ten years ideally. 2026–34. | 89–90+
