BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster | Quite dense and mineral to smell, red- and black-fruit ripe; very well-balanced, medium-full, firm but fine tannin, nicely fresh; ripe, elegant, gently fleshy Poujeaux, succulent, lightly earthy, gently chewy; you taste the Merlot ripeness (especially good in this year) as a plump and black fruit, and with good, lightly mineral length. Should be delicious in 6-8 years. 2025–38+. | 90–91
