Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | A superb freshness for this first organic vintage, in both the very pure aromatics and the grand finale, upheld by the subtlety of great Cabernet Franc. Everything is so harmonious that one does not even feel the barrel time. | 96–97

Michael Schuster | finely mineral, freshly black-fruit ripe, Cabenet Franc-scented and subtle; rich, full, fresh, nicely defined, and with, as usual, slightly dry wood-tannin texture; long and racy, very ripe but not heavy, dense and fleshy, but a defining linearity, too, with a very fine, subtle, pure, fragrant persistence. Lovely Angélus. 2030–50+. | 94–95
