Neil Beckett | The smaller volumes from this most northerly lieu-dit within Fourchaume allow it to be fermented and raised in oak pièces (none new). Pale lemon. Less immediately brilliant on both nose and palate than the stainless-steel-fermented Fourchaume, but here there is not only greater density and richness, but even more dynamism and energy, and an enriching spicy touch on the long finish. | 91
