Neil Beckett | Lemon-gold. A little more evident oak-spice (all barrel-fermented, 30–40% new), but the character of the cru (two parcels in Languettes, harvested three days apart) is reinforced by a reductive stoniness. A molten, unctuous texture, still some phenolic rub from the wood, and it should acquire more precision and tension with time. | 92
