BUY THE WINE

Simon Field | Purple going on brown, aging roots, and a sappy, volatile feel. The palate is clumsy, arch, and somewhat foursquare. | 84

Andrew Jefford | Deep though now clear black-red. The aromas are rather murky, with some green notes to them, as if it was a whole-bunch wine where the stems didn’t get fully ripe. A barely attractive aromatic profile. The palate is green and acidic, with some bitter back notes. A difficult vintage, for sure. 2018. | 79

Jancis Robinson | Dark ruby. A bit dank on the nose. With acidity really jutting out and dominating a slightly mousy palate. Tart end. | 81
