Andrew Jefford | Dense, saturated black-red. Curranty and fresh, but with a green cast to the aromas; lifted and pure, though, and with more volume of scent than for many of its peers. Concentrated on the palate, with intense, curranty yet very slightly jagged fruit; little tannin. The fruit depth is impressive, but I still find this a slightly chilly, over-austere wine and long-term storage will only accentuate this characteristic. 2018–22. | 86

Michael Schuster | A nice, classic, gravelly blackcurrant Cabernet nose; nicely balanced, rich middleweight, fresh to crisp, finely tannic; a lively flavor, subtly gravel-infused, lightly aromatic, with good length, perhaps a touch edgy in acidity for some palates, but this will even out. 2020–30+. | 88
