Michael Schuster | Dense yet discreet, gently mineral and very refined Sauvignon Blanc nose; rich yet elegant mid-weight, with a fresh to lively acidity; ripe yet dry, long, racy, contained, very aromatic, subtly complex, and with great length across the palate, and terrific aromatic persistence to finish. A restrained yet most complete wine: top premier cru, nudging grand cru, white Burgundy equivalent. An absolute beauty. Effortlessly graceful and harmonious, wonderfully discreet yet complete wine. A great Domaine de Chevalier white. 2025–45+. | 94–96
