Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | There was no Fugue, the second wine, this year, only the grand vin, which charms with its mouthwatering floral and peppery notes. The palate features energetic tannins, with an elegant, silky, fresh finish. | 92
Michael Schuster | Crisp red fruit and mineral to smell; medium-full, finely tannic, a lively, moderately concentrated Pomerol; pure, long, red-fruit fresh, not big, but fine, sweet, almost delicate to taste (the high proportion of Cabernet Franc clear), gently racy and refined, with lovely light aromatic length. Very different in style and proportions from 2015 and 2016, but a stylish, sweetly fragrant Nenin—a success in what was, for them, a very difficult year. 2025–35+. | 90–92
