BUY THE WINE

Victoria Daskal | Very gentle expression of floral and apple, withatouch of oak and wax. Vibrant, fresh acidity, refreshing dry palate, but fairly quick on the finish. Apple and stone minerality shines through but has a watered-down sensation. | 87

Jamie Goode | fine herbs add interest to the citrusy nose. The palate is fresh and focused, with citrus, pear, and a touch of baked-apple richness. There’s some depth to this wine, and a lovely core of balanced fruitiness. | 92

Andrew Jefford | Pale steel-gold. Slightly odd, savory aromas: characterful, though much less enticing than the run of the flight. A little bit approximate on the palate. Perfectly drinkable nonetheless, with vinosity and structure to carry it. I’d enjoy a glass, but it doesn’t quite sing and dance in the way that the best wines of this tasting do. Lime-cordial finish. | 86
