BUY THE WINE

Neil Beckett | As usual, a completely hors classe wine, with a long and distinguished history at the house. Like the equally good village Vosne, this contains some declassified premiers crus (25% in this case), but that's not the only reason it shines. Lovely purity of ripe red fruit on the nose, enhanced by light licorice, violet, and gentle spice. Balanced and complete, already harmonious, with exceptional depth and length for its level. | 88
