Michael Schuster: Lovely, freshly ripe fruit to smell, persistent and spicy; firmly tannic middleweight, with a fresh acidity; a smooth, ripe blackcurrant fruit within a fine-textured muscularity, quite complex and long in the mouth and with a fine, spicy finish.
