Neil Beckett | The talented winemaker, Véronique Drouhin, explains that the five parcels here are harvested in several tries and vinified separately, any less good barrels being excluded from the final blend. Lemon-gold. Lightly hazelnutty and toasty as well as zesty on the nose. Creamy, layered richness, lowish acidity but enough intensity and purity to hold its shape, and a gently flourishing finish. A little wood-dry but should fade with élevage. | 94
