Andrew Jefford | Deep though clear black-red. Red-fruit scents; less distinctively Pinot than the best of its peers, but enticing nonetheless. Dry, frank, fruity red on the palate. Good, sound fruit, but not much to write about beyond that. | 82

Anthony Rose | Attractive bright cherryish hue, good depth of sweetly ripe cherry and mulberry on the nose, shaded slightly by the vanilla tones of oak; a juicy-textured mulberry-fruit quality on the palate, tempered by bright fresh acidity and a touch of subtle spicy oak, which holds things nicely in place as it tapers toward a soft finish with enough deceptive grip and muscle for good balance and the structure for aging for two to five years. | 91
