Alex Hunt | Cider-vinegar notes—oxidized and acetic. Feral, mousy flavor. Sharp and unpleasant. | 70
Andrew Jefford | A clearer black-red than many of its peers. Sweet and rather confected fruit; hint of tinned cherry. This has concentration, but the style is rather charmless, with lots of salty-sweet fruit with a dryness behind. Not quite there, but once again not far off either. | 81
Anthony Rose | Although still bright and youthful in appearance, this Pinot is relatively evolved and a tad meaty on the nose, while the red-berry fruits evoke an almost Burgundian character; on the palate, the fruit is cherryish, savory, and dry, with a nicely blended touch of oak vanilla and a mid-palate sweetness that’s attractively wrought and a structure of firmish grip and good balancing acidity. | 90
