Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: A magnificent sample, showing astonishing refinement and freshness on the nose and exquisite mouthfeel, thanks to palate-caressing tannins. Long and complex, more aristocratic than powerful – another wine that promises to offer outstanding value for money. 16.5
Michael Schuster: Almost grapey ripe fruit on the nose. Fleshy, middleweight wine with a fine dry tannin. Nice core of fresh, ripe fruit; sweet, pure and juicy, but with clear Margaux delicacy. Good mid-palate length – generous, satisfying and complete. A great success at the level. Very close to Giscours in quality. 15+
